Hi! I’M ALEX
Welcome to my UX design portfolio! I’m Alexandria Clarke, but you can call me Alex. With a foundation in psychology and experience as a behavioral tech, I bring a unique understanding of human behavior to my UX design work.
My journey into UX was unconventional. Originally on a path toward becoming a clinical psychologist, I found myself drawn to the intersection of human behavior and technology. It was during my time as a behavioral tech that I began to realize the power of design in shaping user experiences and facilitating positive interactions.
Driven by a passion for creativity and a desire to help users navigate digital landscapes seamlessly, I leaped into UX design. My background in psychology provides me with invaluable insights into user motivations and behaviors, allowing me to create intuitive and empathetic designs that resonate with audiences on a deeper level.
Outside of the design realm, you’ll often find me indulging in my other passions. Photography is my way of capturing the beauty of the world, especially through nature and landscapes. Additionally, I immerse myself in the world of literature, where I enjoy both reading and writing. Whether it’s crafting tragedy or romance novels, storytelling is my outlet for exploring the complexities of human emotion and relationships.

I’m also an avid gamer, playing video games allows me to release stress and challenges my competitiveness to always get the top score. The entertainment alone inspires me to think critically about user interactions and interface design.
In addition to gaming, I’m an avid car enthusiast, constantly tinkering with and modifying vehicles to enhance their performance and aesthetics. My favorite project was my 2012 Volkswagen Passat, the world of automotive customization fuels my curiosity and passion for innovation.
And when it’s time to unwind, there’s nothing like hitting the soccer field or watching my favorite teams like the U.S Women’s National team or PSG also creating new recipes in the kitchen, especially baking.
Join me on this journey as we blend psychology, creativity, and technology to craft experiences that leave users feeling empowered and delighted.
